Buddy Carter, currently serving as the U.S. Representative for Georgia’s 1st district, has used his social media platform to address a range of topics including national leadership and digital asset policy. Carter, who has represented the district since 2015 after succeeding Jack Kingston, highlighted recent events and legislative priorities in several posts.

On July 13, 2025, Carter reflected on the previous year’s events involving former President Donald Trump, stating “A year ago today, President Trump survived the unthinkable. His resilience and strength serve as reminders of the sacrifices that come with being a leader who boldly puts America First. Thank you, @realDonaldTrump, for your conviction and inspired leadership. May God continue”.

The following day, July 14, 2025, Carter emphasized legislative efforts concerning digital assets by noting “The CLARITY, Genius, and Anti-CBDC Surveillance State Acts are CRITICAL to making America the global hub for digital assets. @HouseGOP is answering President Trump’s call to make the U.S. the crypto capital of the world.”

On July 15, 2025, Carter described his participation in a cryptocurrency event by posting “I had an amazing time at @DigitalChamber’s Crypto Week kick-off last night! As a Congressional Crypto Caucus member, I’m all in on America leading the digital future! #CryptoWeek”.
