The Chatham County Hospital Authority (CCHA) Trust has opened the application process for its 2026 grant cycle. Both nonprofit and for-profit entities can apply, with individual requests limited to $250,000.

The funding will prioritize services in several key areas: behavioral and mental health, health screenings, dental hygiene care, and specialty care services such as diabetes management.

Applicants must submit Letters of Intent by July 25, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST. Those selected will be invited to submit full applications by September 12, 2025. Final decisions are expected in November 2025, with funds being distributed throughout the year 2026.
