South Effingham Middle School welcomed the largest number of seventh grade students among county schools, registering 364 students during the 2023-24 school year.
Within Effingham County schools, the highest student count was found in ninth grade, with the smallest class sizes seen in 12th grade.
Statewide, Effingham County ranked 30th in enrollment numbers, with a total of 13,722 students enrolled in the 2023-24 school year. It was ranked 32nd the year before.
