On July 30, Burns marked the opening of a new facility at the University of North Georgia. He wrote, “Honored to be in the mountains this morning to celebrate the ribbon cutting of David E. Ralston Hall at the University of North Georgia. The following morning, July 31, Burns discussed legislative affairs during a media appearance.
