The Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Council recently volunteered at Second Harvest of Coastal Georgia. During the event, the Ambassadors packed 684 food boxes, which will provide meals for 3,420 people and fill eight pallets for distribution.

The Ambassadors not only represent the Chamber but also focus on service and engagement within the community. Their involvement reflects the Chamber’s ongoing mission to support local needs.

A statement from the Chamber noted: “In addition to representing the Chamber, the Ambassadors embody servant leadership by giving back through service and engagement. Their commitment demonstrates the Chamber’s mission of community support in action.”

RJ Young sponsored the Ambassador Council for this initiative. The Chamber expressed gratitude for this support: “A special thank you goes to RJ Young for sponsoring the Ambassador Council and supporting their important work in the community.”
