The Savannah Culinary Institute, operated by Savannah Tech, has announced its schedule for the upcoming summer semester. The institute is recognized for providing students with practical experience in a restaurant environment and aims to enhance workforce development in the culinary arts while acting as an active center for the Savannah community.

The summer schedule includes various opportunities to visit their downtown Savannah restaurant or purchase food from their retail café.

For those interested in attending culinary workshops, detailed information and registration can be accessed through Savannah Tech Culinary Course Info.

The retail café will operate on select dates from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM, offering breads, pastries, sandwiches, and salads. The specific dates are June 12, June 17, June 24, June 26; July 8, July 10, July 22, and July 24.

Restaurant service will be available by reservation only from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM on the following dates: June 24 and June 26; July 8, July 10, July 22, and July 24. Reservations can be made via email at SC********@**********ch.edu.

Additionally, a special event titled “Savannah Culinary Institute Scholarship Fundraiser” is scheduled for July 17. This event will feature a reception at 5:30 PM followed by dinner at 6:00 PM. Tickets are priced at $200 per person and include a five-course meal with wine pairings as well as a silent auction.
