The City of Savannah’s Utility Billing Department is inviting residents to participate in a survey that will help guide the selection of a new online utility billing and payment platform. The initiative seeks public input to ensure the platform is user-friendly, providing real-time access to billing information and an improved overall experience.

Residents and business owners can submit their feedback until Tuesday, July 15. The survey aims to identify and prioritize features most important to users, ensuring the final product meets community needs.

“This is just one of several customer-focused initiatives, aligned with our City’s forthcoming strategic plan and its emphasis on Savannah’s commitment to elevating municipal service standards,” said Robert Boyce, Director of Utility Services. “Our goal is to give the citizens a chance to make their voice known and heard.”

All City of Savannah water service customers are encouraged to participate in the brief survey. Those who prefer a paper copy or have questions can contact the City’s 311 Customer Service Center.
