The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Earl Leroy Carter, Buddy Carter for Congress, refunded $150 to Robert Varnedoe on April 29, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Buddy Carter for Congress refunded $1,300 total since November 1, 2019.
