Census Bureau: More men than women in Tybee Island in 2019

Of the 3,093 people living in Tybee Island in 2019, 45.7 percent (1,413) were women and 54.3 percent (1,680) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Savannah Standard.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 952-to-832. In the 65 and over age range, there were 444 females and 439 males.
