Earl Leroy Carter's campaign committee receives $500 from Judson Cuttino

The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Earl Leroy Carter, Buddy Carter for Congress, received $500 from Judson Cuttino on February 16, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).
