Richmond Hill Middle School issued the following announcement on Oct. 7.
We are working with the Bryan County Health Department regarding flu vaccines for the 2021-22 school year. Below you will find a letter from the health department, a Flu Vaccine Information sheet (Spanish and English), and Consent forms (Spanish and English). We will be sending copies of these home with your students. We need the consents to be returned by 10/19. We cannot accept late consents. The health department will only bring the allotted number of vaccines when they come to the school. If you have any questions, please contact the school nurses. Shots are scheduled to be given at RHMS on 10/22.
