Benedictine Military School’s Student Council Sponsored a Cornhole Tournament

From December 4,  2022 post.

Benedictine Military School’s Student Council sponsored a cornhole tournament to benefit America’s Second Harvest of Coastal Georgia. BC had 18 teams begin the competition before Thanksgiving break and one team now reigns supreme! Games were played during the homeroom period to determine a championship team from each grade level. The grade level champions then paired off in the semifinals, leaving the sophomore team to compete against the senior team in the final. Played Friday on BC Plaza, the sophomore team of Robert Leonard and Blake Maxheimer (The Stallions) beat the senior team of Charlie Iannone and Jackson McCoy. Competition was fierce. Grade-level champions were recognized in front of their class Thursday during inspection and they were presented with awards. The champs, Robert and Blake, were recognized Friday in the Academic Well and presented their award. BC Student Council Advisor Mrs. Lee Brantley, a Miami Hurricanes fan, said she attributes the success of The Stallions to Robert’s UM sweatshirt. Special thanks to Mrs. Brantley for the photos. #thebc400 #NextLevel #BCBrotherhood
