SCCPSS communications department wins nine national media excellence awards

The Savannah-Chatham County Public School System (SCCPSS) Division of Communications has been honored with nine awards in the 2023 Publications and Digital Media Excellence competition organized by the National School Public Relations Association (NSPRA). The division achieved recognition in every category it entered.

The SCCPSS was awarded the prestigious Award of Excellence in the Marketing Materials/Digital–Produced with an Outside Contractor category. This accolade was given for a video featuring Gulfstream, conveying the message "Our Graduates are Ready for the Workforce."

In addition to this top prize, the Communications Office received three Awards of Merit and five Honorable Mentions across various categories. NSPRA's awards are categorized based on publication type, organization type, and size. Entries are evaluated against those from similar organizations, focusing on overall excellence and quality compared to other submissions.
