Godley Station K8 excels at state Science Olympiad

Godley Station K8 School's Science Olympiad Team participated in the state Science Olympiad competition on May 6, 2023, at Kennesaw State University. The team represented the Savannah Chatham County Public School System and Godley Station K8. At the end of the event, they placed in the top ten for three different events.

The awards received by the team were as follows:

- 8th Place in "Deep Blue Sea" was achieved by fifth-grade students Hiba Ezziat and Shloka Chouti.

- 8th Place in "Disease Detectives" went to fourth-grade students Kashvi Singh and Surabhi Thuppal.

- 6th Place in "Grab a Gram" was earned by fourth-grade students Divya Patel and Ahana Rao.

The school congratulated its Science Olympiad students and teachers for their hard work and innovation.
