64 students from eight schools graduated from the SCCPSS Junior Police Academy on Friday evening, May 12, 2023. The program is a collaboration between the SCCPSS Campus Police, Academic Affairs, and the Office of College & Career Readiness (OCCR), with support from local businesses and industry. It offers career exploration opportunities for seventh-grade middle and K8 students.

The initiative aims to provide insights into law enforcement careers and develop skills relevant to this field. The partnership underscores a commitment to fostering interest in public safety professions among young students.
