The City of Savannah Municipal Archives has opened the call for proposals for the 2025 Hungry for History Student Showcase, set to take place on May 1 and May 2, 2025. The event is designed to provide college students in the Savannah area with an opportunity to present their research on topics related to Savannah or Georgia history.
Proposals can be submitted until February 14 at 5 p.m., with notifications regarding acceptance sent by March 14. The showcase is open to students from local institutions such as Savannah State, SCAD, Georgia Southern, and Savannah Tech, as well as those residing in the area but enrolled in online programs.
