Six junior monks from Saint Vincent Archabbey in Latrobe, Pa., are visiting Benedictine Military School and Savannah this week for their spring break! They are staying at the Benedictine Priory and we are enjoying having them interact with our Cadets, faculty, and staff. They are (L-to-R) Andrew Connelly, Br. Francisco Whittaker, Br. Bede Maxson, Br. Bosco Hough, Br. Finnbar McEvoy, and Michael Azinger. Br. Finnbar, who is from St. Mary's Abbey in Morristown, N.J., is spending this semester at Saint Vincent Archabbey.
DID YOU KNOW? In March of 2015, four brother monks visited BC from Saint Vincent Archabbey. Two of them were Br. (now Fr.) David Klecker, O.S.B., and Br. Matthew Hershey, O.S.B., who are members of our BC family! In March of 2017, 13 Benedictine monks visited BC, including Br. (now Fr.)
