Benedictine Military School Cadets and St. Vincent’s Academy Saints are halfway through their eight-day mission trip to the Dominican Republic with chaperones/BC science teachers Ms. Adell Sheahan and Ms. Maly Taylor. Each morning is spent working with the girls in the Mariposa Foundation, a foundation rooted in female empowerment, education, and respect. The afternoons are spent completing manual labor jobs for the foundation. Special thanks to Ms. Sheahan for the photos.
