Our underclassmen are learning how to properly line up in formation and march - basic U.S. Army fundamentals - but it's a learning process for the majority of them at this time. Yes, they often are out of step or turning in the wrong direction, but our upperclassmen and cadre are teaching them the right way. It's all about repetition.
