The Planning and Zoning Commission/Board of Adjustment will meet and hold public hearings regarding zoning and subdivision applications submitted to the Community Development Department. The agenda and packets will be posted to the County website approximately one week before the meeting.

Note: Pursuant to Georgia Statute §36-67A-3(c), any opponent, generally a person speaking in opposition at the public hearing or submitting documents noting their opposition, to a rezoning action must file a disclosure of campaign contribution. A disclosure is required if the opponent, within the last two years, made a $250 or greater campaign contribution to a Bryan County Commissioner. Such disclosures must be filed a minimum of five days before the public hearing.
