Islands High School issued the following announcement on July 20.
IHS Students - do you need some community service hours? If you don't mind working hard and getting a little dirty, we could use 10 students to come help as we sand and stain the shelves in our Library Learning Commons! Students will be supervised by school staff and adult volunteers, and lunch will be provided.
Dates available are Saturday, July 24th and Saturday, July 31st from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm.
