Town of Portal issued the following announcement on Aug. 31.

The Innovate for All program funds efforts that expand access to inclusive innovation and entrepreneurship opportunities statewide. Our goal is to support a network of projects that scale essential innovative programs, services, and technology deployments across the state. As a result, these projects will help ensure these resources and opportunities are sustained and expanded through a coordinated statewide network.

The program provides a one-time financial grant of up to $500,000 and continued program support. Georgia innovators and entrepreneurs, nonprofits, local governments, and schools with inclusive scalable project proposals that enhance connectivity, access to technology, talent development and retention, and access to capital are strongly encouraged to apply.

Highlights of the Innovate for All Program Grant:

  • One-time financial grant funding of up to $500k
  • Project management and communications support
  • Access to Partnership’s statewide resource network
  • Smart Community Corps capacity and technical support opportunities
