Elizabeth Becker, author of Overbooked: The Exploding Business of Travel and Tourism, will be available by Zoom in Tybee Island -- on the big screen at the Post Theater (social distancing and masks are required) -- or in your homes -- on Wednesday, January 12 at 7 pm. She will address the expanding world of tourism and how communities across the world are dealing with unique challenges concerning rapid growth and the protection of neighborhoods. Elizabeth has traveled the world to understand the business of tourism and has spent time in Savannah/Charleston to understand coastal island issues.
