The City of Savannah has introduced the Invest in Beautiful Savannah interactive map, aimed at providing the public with detailed information on private development projects. This initiative, developed by the City's Geographical Information Systems (GIS) team within Development Services, highlights the top 20 permitted private development projects annually based on project valuation.
This new tool follows last year's launch of the Building Permit Tracker map, which enables users to access data about currently permitted projects in Savannah.
A representative from the Office of Communications stated that these tools are designed to enhance transparency and accessibility for residents interested in local development activities.
