The City of Savannah's Recreation and Leisure Services Department has announced the opening of registration for the 2025 summer camps. The department aims to offer a variety of activities for children ages 6-12 during the summer months.
The camps are divided into general and specialty categories. General Summer Camps will be held from May 27 to July 18 at ten different community centers throughout Savannah. Each camp location will have themed sessions that last two weeks, designed to provide a diverse experience for participating children.
Specialty Camps will include several options, such as Sports Camps, Enrichment Art & Music Camp, Cheer Camp, and Reel Teen Enrichment Camp. Additionally, there are Therapeutic Camps available for both adults and youth. Locations and dates for these camps will differ.
Registration is on a rolling basis and will remain open until one week before the intended session begins. Interested families must contact hosting community centers directly to check for availability and obtain registration details.
