Our Mock Trial Team represented SVA extremely well this past weekend in Lawrenceville, Georgia for the State Mock Trial Competition. The girls spent 15 long hours competing on Saturday against other prestigious schools. After the long day, two girls were presented with awards. Grace Mahfet was awarded outstanding witness, and Scarlett Gillen was awarded outstanding attorney. Our whole team worked so hard throughout this entire year. Many Sunday practices, morning practices, as well as some at night helped them make it to state again this year. We are so proud of the entire team for all of their efforts!
