The Leadership Savannah Class of 2024 engaged with Savannah's arts community on March 25, highlighting the city's rich cultural and economic landscape. Participants experienced the connection between creativity and city culture through film, design, visual art, and music.

The day began with a visit to the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), where attendees explored the SCAD Film Studio, the innovative Deloitte Foundry, and the historic Poetter Hall. This visit provided insight into the blending of education, innovation, and artistic expression.

In the afternoon, the class visited the Otis Johnson Cultural Arts Center. The program included two panel discussions, one focusing on the impact of visual arts in the community and the other highlighting Savannah's musical heritage and music's role in cultural identity. Participants also toured the newly renovated facility.

Andrew Cosey of Austin Hill Realty, a Leadership Savannah board member, was acknowledged for coordinating the day's events.

"Leadership Savannah continues to deliver meaningful, hands-on experiences connecting participants with the people, places, and passions that make our city unique."
